- Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting or any related field
- Has experience in the IT support of business systems, SAP ERP, or other systems
- Has good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Responsible for the 2nd and 3rd level application support and ensuring the continuous improvement, availability, and performance of existing systems
- Ensure that requests for support are properly logged, assigned, and responded to in a timely manner and according to agreed standards and procedures
- Deliver investigation and resolution of application issues (incident requests)
- Meet with users, management, and colleagues to analyze and understand business requirements with sufficient details to determine the appropriate solution
