Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering
  • Has proven relevant experience, either in business and/or consultancy, marketing and/or senior sales and operations in B2B or B2C
  • E-Commerce business experience and/or knowledge is a plus
  • Is a self-starter and is willing to learn

Responsibilities:

  • Develop standardized customer experience implementation process that is adaptable to the different Business Unit needs of their customer journeys
  • Support the implementation of customer journey mapping program for all customer touchpoints
  • Help to ensure that appropriate standardized reporting on customer experience performance standards are in place and are embedded into the BU management team’s performance reporting
  • Work with each BU to ensure action plans exist to address customer experience minimum standard delivery gaps
  • Support the monitoring of the execution of Phoenix’s customer-facing brand visual identity both on-site and off-site, working within the overall Phoenix brand standards from corporate marketing
