Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
  • Has experience in customer service or customer operations
  • Has working knowledge on SAP, Google Workspace, and Microsoft applications as well as LEAN and other CI tools

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first line of contact for customers or the sales team dissatisfaction issues related to products and services being offered
  • Use Continuous Improvement tools such as visual management, staff standard work, and the versatility matrix to improve daily operations management
  • Support Operations Lead in business reviews
  • Monitor and manage day-to-day orders made on E-Commerce platforms
  • Monitor and manage day-to-day Customer Engagements on social media
