- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
- Has experience in customer service or customer operations
- Has working knowledge on SAP, Google Workspace, and Microsoft applications as well as LEAN and other CI tools
- Act as the first line of contact for customers or the sales team dissatisfaction issues related to products and services being offered
- Use Continuous Improvement tools such as visual management, staff standard work, and the versatility matrix to improve daily operations management
- Support Operations Lead in business reviews
- Monitor and manage day-to-day orders made on E-Commerce platforms
- Monitor and manage day-to-day Customer Engagements on social media
