Job Requirements:
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
- With excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Knowledgeable in SAP and G-Suites Applications
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage day-to-day customer engagements in social media and orders made on e-commerce platforms
- Ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and within SLA
- Proactively investigate and resolve customer issues and queries for both e-commerce and social engagements
- Ensure that all customer comments or messages are responded to within SLA and by following standard communication protocols
