- Graduate of any 4-year degree
- Has good communication skills
- Proficient in SAP and G-Suites Applications
- With excellent customer service skills
- Perform day-to-day transactions related to Fleet and Loyalty card segments
- Proactively investigate and resolve issues related to Cards operations activities
- Build strong relationship with account managers, sales leaders, and the brand and marketing group
- Liaise regularly with business stakeholders to ensure access to all relevant information to perform effectively in assigned roles
- Act as escalation contact for Card users, Customers, and Sales dissatisfaction issues related to Customer Operations Specialists or other service providers
