Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree 
  • Has excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Knowledgeable in SAP and Google Workspace applications

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first line of contact for customers or sales dissatisfaction issues related to services being offered
  • Build strong relationships with the account managers and other stakeholders
  • Liaise regularly with business stakeholders to ensure access to all relevant information and to perform assigned roles effectively
  • Monitor and manage day-to-day system and business support transactions
