Job Requirements:
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
- With excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Knowledgeable in SAP and G-Suites Applications
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first line of contact for customers or sales concerns
- Build strong relationships with account managers and other stakeholders
- Liaise regularly with business stakeholders to ensure access to all relevant information
- Monitor and manage day-to-day system and business support transactions
