Job Requirements:
- Graduate of a business course, preferably with an MBA
- Has at least 5 years of experience in retail business, sales, network development, and operations
- Has excellent negotiation and coordination skills
- With a background in franchising models, development, and lead generation
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the BU’s franchise expansion strategies and find opportunities to combine franchise offers
- Collaborate in the creation of the roadmap to a minimum 10,000 touch points within the next 5 years encompassing LPG, FamilyMart, Retail, POSIBLE, Autoworx, and DITO.
- Identify and understand the competitors’ franchise package
- Assist in finding strategies to maximize existing partnerships with the combined franchise offers
- Strategize in the creation of systems and infrastructures needed to support this combined franchise offer
- Coordinate in selling and marketing of this franchise package to sustain growth
