Marketing Specialist – Content Creator

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, and digital marketing
• Strong skills in SEO, social media management, and CMS platforms
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools

Responsibilities:

• Create and publish engaging content for various digital channels, including the company website, social media platforms, blogs, and more
• Collaborate with brand managers, data analysts, and cross-functional teams such as Group Marketing and Customer Excellence to develop a marketing plan that aligns with the company’s objectives and brand identity
• Optimize all content to enhance visibility and increase reach on search engines and social media platforms
• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent content production and timely delivery
• Analyze content performance metrics—such as views, engagement, and conversion rates—and use insights to refine future strategies
• Review and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and adherence to style guidelines
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance content creation skills
• Maintain a deep understanding of consumer behavior and psychology to create a writing style that aligns with the brand and speaks directly to the target audience
• Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices
• Establish frameworks for managing and publishing large volumes of content across various digital channels
