Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of any relevant bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience working with external partners is an advantage
  • Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Has exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels

Responsibilities:

  • Provide valuable support to the Network and Channel Development Admin Operations by assisting with daily tasks assigned by the team
  • Assist the Operational Excellence and Quality Control teams with system improvements and process optimization
  • Offer support to field-based sales managers in managing, developing, and growing a targeted customer portfolio
  • Foster strong, partnership-driven relationships with customers by understanding their needs and the Customer Value Proposition, ensuring maximum value for both Phoenix and its clients
