Job Role Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management of multiple areas/stores. He/she ensures that each area/store achieves set targets for sales, SQC and expense-productivity targets. He/she assists the VP for Store Operations in driving the attainment of company goals, in implementing rules, regulations, and company standards in his/her given area, and creates a high-performance culture by adopting people management practices that emphasize empowerment, quality, and excellence.

Job Requirements/Qualification

  • College graduate  
  • With at least five-year experience in managerial capacity in food service or retail environment
  • Strong Leadership skill and business acumen
  • Ability to manage a large team focusing on teamwork and customer service

Duties and Responsibilities

Creates business plans and sales strategies for the area while recommending sales and expense budget based on prescribed productivity measures.
Drives revenues, growth, and profitability while communicating, monitoring and measuring progress against targets.
Establishes and maintains system and procedure that ensures smooth and effective operations while consistently providing excellent customer experience thru compliance to SQC standards, to operating policies and procedures for inventory, cash handling and facility maintenance and other company standards.
Develops strong franchise relation by partnering with FCs in maximizing sales potential.
Provides strategic analysis of customer purchasing pattern, market trends and competitors preferences while working with Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics and other Divisions to develop and implement sales and operational strategies to achieve agreed targets and efficiencies.
Leads people development for high-performance culture thru training, coaching and performance evaluation and regular communication.
Consolidates and submits accurate and timely reports with actions for improvement as required by management.
