- Has strong communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent delivery of Phoenix’s Customer Value Proposition (CVP) across the territory by upholding operational excellence in site standards, including Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) across both Company-Owned and Dealer-Owned networks
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction in the territory by enhancing team competencies, leveraging customer feedback, and fostering a customer-centric culture
- Contribute to building a strong retail culture where retailers and their staff are aligned with and deliver the new Retail Value Proposition through effective training, development, and the use of Phoenix tools and processes
- Support retailers in training and developing their staff, emphasizing the critical role of people in delivering the CVP. Share and coach Phoenix’s tools and processes as needed.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and achieve annual territory sales targets
- Optimize pricing across the network to drive both value and volume growth for the business
- Manage renewal, disposal, and new business opportunities within the territory as guided by the Network team
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in fuels, LPG, convenience store retailing, and lubricants businesses
- Partner with retailers to grow their business alongside Phoenix’s, implementing innovative programs and activities that provide mutual benefits
- Provide ongoing guidance and recommendations to retailers on delivering excellent customer service and effective site management. Review their P&L statements and assist in developing action plans to close performance gaps.
- Collaborate closely with other retail functions and support groups to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives
- Ensure a competitive pricing position through the implementation of fuel pricing procedures
- Plan and conduct site visits according to the Call Planning Cycle tool, supporting the implementation of marketing and network initiatives
- Monitor competitor activities and provide timely feedback to management, proposing and implementing countermeasures as needed. Fully support all marketing and promotional initiatives, focusing on site compliance with merchandising, planograms, pricing, and sales reporting.
- Optimize product distribution to sites by ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained through effective pre-planning and timely sales reporting
- Anticipate and plan for cyclical trends, ensuring sites are adequately stocked to meet demand surges
- Foster and maintain a strong HSE culture, pursuing and upholding HSE programs and compliance standards. Ensure the delivery of agreed HSE targets and protect Phoenix’s interests by enforcing all HSE standards and maintaining proactive stakeholder relationships. Ensure retailers and frontline staff operate safely at all times
