- Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in business or any related course
- Has work experience in administrative functions, account management, and record keeping
- Knowledgeable in SAP and Google Workspace applications
- Compile and update data/information for reports on sales performance, pricing, and licenses of dealers and customers
- Closely monitor monthly Trade Accounts Receivable to avoid and minimize overdue accounts
- Process claims of dealers and customers
- Responsible for filing management, records, documentation and retention system
- Provide complete monthly sales reports to the team
- Provide administrative function to the department
