Technical Service Assistant

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
• Knowledgeable in electric motor controls
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD 2D drafting
• SAP literacy is an advantage
• Must know how to drive a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license with restriction code A, A1, B, B1, or B2

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance for all assigned accounts or upon request
• Respond promptly to customers’ concerns
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs for all LPG facilities in the event of equipment failure
• Ensure all installed equipment operates efficiently at minimal cost, and monitor the availability of spare parts to minimize or avoid downtime
• Assist the direct supervisor in providing cost estimates and layout plans for new prospect accounts, maintenance works, and other projects
• Monitor and manage projects assigned by the supervisor
• Provide technical assistance and support to dealers
• Prepare and submit monthly reports accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with company policies, the Code of Discipline, and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) policies
