Technical Services Engineer

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Must be a licensed Engineer
- Experience in industries like construction, marine, manufacturing, mining, or power plants is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft applications
- Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel up to 50% or more as needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to C&I customers, including product application advice, resolving product quality issues, and conducting technical training to maintain and grow business partnerships
- Conduct fuels and lubricant training for both internal teams and external customers to enhance technical knowledge and expertise
- Assist C&I and other business units with technical inquiries related to product quality, application, and performance
- Investigate, track, and resolve fuel and lubricant product performance issues, documenting related complaints
- Support the development of technical service strategies and customer value propositions to achieve C&I objectives, such as retaining existing customers and acquiring new ones
- Deliver after-sales services, including Used Oil Analysis (UOA), technical training, emission testing, and other technical offerings to C&I customers
