Refill your Phoenix SUPER LPG 11kg for only ₱999 and get ₱300 worth of LIMITLESS LPG e-vouchers to enjoy even more savings on your next purchases.

PROMO PERIOD

The promo will run from June 25, 2026 to July 5, 2026 at participating Phoenix SUPER LPG Hubs in Visayas and Mindanao.

The promotional price of ₱999 for one (1) Phoenix SUPER LPG 11kg refill is valid only during the promo period.

The three (3) FREE ₱100 LIMITLESS LPG e-vouchers awarded under this promotion shall be valid for redemption within sixty (60) days from the date of issuance.

ELIGIBILITY

The promo is open to all new and existing Phoenix SUPER LPG customers in Visayas and Mindanao Only.

Qualified transactions include:

• New cylinder purchases (De Salpak and Roskas products);
• 11kg cylinder refill transactions; and
• Approved cylinder swap transactions to a Phoenix SUPER LPG 11kg cylinder.

The promotional refill price of ₱999 applies exclusively to Phoenix SUPER LPG 11kg refill transactions. Cylinder swap and new tank set purchases are not entitled to the promotional refill price but shall qualify for the FREE LIMITLESS LPG e-vouchers, subject to these promo mechanics.

There is no limit to the number of qualified transactions during the promo period. Each qualified transaction entitles the customer to receive three (3) FREE ₱100 LIMITLESS LPG e-vouchers.

PROMO MECHANICS

  1. Purchase any qualified Phoenix SUPER LPG product from participating Phoenix SUPER LPG Hubs in Visayas and Mindanao during the promo period.
  2. Customers who purchase one (1) Phoenix SUPER LPG 11kg refill shall automatically enjoy the promotional refill price of ₱999.
  3. Customers who complete a qualified cylinder swap or new tank set purchase shall not be entitled to the promotional refill price but shall remain eligible to receive the FREE LIMITLESS LPG e-vouchers, subject to successful validation.
  4. To receive the FREE LIMITLESS LPG e-vouchers, customers must:

For Existing LIMITLESS Users

a. Provide their registered LIMITLESS Account Number (11-digit mobile number) to the SUPER Hub attendant;

b. The registered mobile number shall be validated against the LIMITLESS system; and

c. Upon successful validation, three (3) ₱100 LIMITLESS LPG e-vouchers shall be credited to the customer’s LIMITLESS account within twenty-four (24) hours.

For New LIMITLESS Users

a. Download and install the LIMITLESS mobile application;

b. Register using a valid mobile number;

c. Provide the same registered mobile number to the SUPER Hub attendant during purchase; and

d. Upon successful registration and validation, three (3) ₱100 LIMITLESS LPG e-vouchers shall be credited to the customer’s LIMITLESS account. The customer shall receive an SMS notification confirming successful issuance.

  1. Customers are encouraged to complete account verification within the LIMITLESS app to access and redeem their e-vouchers.
  2. Customers may pay using:

• Cash
• Supported e-Wallets
• Other payment methods accepted by participating Phoenix SUPER LPG Hubs

  1. There is no limit to the number of qualified transactions and rewards a customer may earn during the promo period, subject to successful validation of each transaction.

REWARD FULFILLMENT PROCESS

  1. Customer completes a qualified purchase transaction during the promo period.
  2. The participating Phoenix SUPER LPG Hub validates the customer’s LIMITLESS account information.
  3. Upon successful validation, three (3) ₱100 LIMITLESS LPG e-vouchers shall be issued to the customer’s LIMITLESS account.
  4. The e-vouchers shall be credited within twenty-four (24) hours from the date and time of successful delivery or pick-up, excluding weekends, holidays, and delays caused by force majeure events such as natural calamities. Fulfillment remains subject to successful validation, system availability, and successful transmission by the designated rewards fulfillment platform.
  5. Customers may view their available e-vouchers through the LIMITLESS mobile application.

Voucher REDEMPTION

  1. Inform the Phoenix SUPER LPG representative that a LIMITLESS LPG e-voucher will be redeemed.
  2. Open the LIMITLESS App and access the Vouchers page.
  3. Select the available ₱100 Phoenix SUPER LPG e-voucher you wish to redeem.
  4. Present the e-voucher QR Code for scanning by the delivery rider or participating SUPER LPG Hub personnel during pickup.
  5. Upon successful validation, the ₱100 discount shall automatically be deducted from the total purchase amount.
  6. Only one (1) ₱100 LIMITLESS LPG e-voucher may be redeemed per transaction involving one (1) Phoenix SUPER LPG 11kg refill.

The promo is valid only at participating Phoenix SUPER LPG Hubs

The complete and official list of participating Phoenix SUPER LPG Hubs shall form part of these mechanics as Annex A – List of Participating Phoenix SUPER LPG Hubs.

Phoenix LPG Philippines, Inc.. reserves the right to update the list of participating hubs prior to the start of the promo period, subject to proper notice and applicable DTI regulations.

PARTICIPATING PHOENIX SUPER LPG PRODUCTS

This promo is applicable only to Phoenix SUPER LPG 11kg cylinder transactions, including:

• New cylinder purchases (De Salpak and Roskas products);
• 11kg cylinder refill transactions; and
• Approved cylinder swap transactions to a Phoenix SUPER LPG 11kg cylinder.

All cylinder swap transactions are subject to dealer inspection, evaluation, approval, and existing Phoenix SUPER LPG cylinder swap guidelines.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The promo is valid only for qualified purchase, refill, and approved cylinder swap transactions involving Phoenix SUPER LPG 11kg cylinders made during the promo period at participating Phoenix SUPER Hub dealers Visayas and Mindanao
  2. Customers must provide a valid and active mobile number registered under their LIMITLESS account or create a LIMITLESS account to facilitate reward fulfillment.
  3. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during purchase and registration is complete, accurate, and valid.
  4. By participating in the promotion and providing the required information, customers expressly consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of their personal information by Phoenix LPG Philippines, Inc. and LIMITLESS solely for purposes related to promo administration, validation, reward fulfillment, redemption, customer support, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Phoenix LPG Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to verify all transactions and determine the eligibility of participants prior to reward issuance.
  6. Phoenix LPG Philippines, Inc. may require presentation of the original Official Receipt (OR), Sales Invoice (SI), Delivery Receipt (DR), or other proof of purchase for verification purposes.
  7. Any fraudulent, fictitious, duplicate, cancelled, refunded, altered, tampered, or invalid transaction shall automatically be disqualified from the promotion.
  8. Each qualified transaction entitles the customer to receive three (3) FREE ₱100 LIMITLESS LPG e-vouchers.
  9. The ₱999 promotional price applies exclusively to Phoenix SUPER LPG 11kg refill transactions and shall not apply to cylinder swap transactions, new tank set purchases, accessories, delivery fees, regulator sets, hoses, LPG-related accessories, or any other products and services.
  10. The FREE LIMITLESS LPG e-vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-convertible to cash, credit, rebate, or any other product or service.
  11. Phoenix LPG Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to suspend, deny, cancel, or revoke rewards found to have been obtained through fraudulent means or in violation of these promo mechanics.
  12. Rewards that cannot be delivered or credited due to invalid, inactive, incorrect, incomplete, or unregistered mobile numbers shall be forfeited sixty (60) days from the transaction date.
  13. Phoenix LPG Philippines, Inc. shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures in reward delivery caused by system maintenance, telecommunications issues, force majeure events, natural calamities, government actions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  14. Only one (1) ₱100 LIMITLESS LPG e-voucher may be redeemed per transaction involving one (1) Phoenix SUPER LPG 11kg refill.
  15. The three (3) FREE ₱100 LIMITLESS LPG e-vouchers issued under this promotion shall remain valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issuance.
  16. Unused, expired, forfeited, transferred, redeemed, or deleted e-vouchers shall no longer be replaced.
  17. Screenshots, printed copies, reproduced QR Codes, or altered voucher images shall not be accepted for redemption.
  18. Redemption shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions of LIMITLESS and participating Phoenix SUPER LPG Hubs.
  19. LIMITLESS Points cannot be earned or redeemed for transactions covered by this promotion.
  20. In case of dispute regarding eligibility, transaction records, validation records, redemption records, and promo database records maintained by Phoenix LPG Philippines, Inc. shall prevail, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
  21. In case of dispute, the decision of Phoenix LPG Philippines, Inc. with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be final with respect to all matters relating to the implementation of the promotion.
  22. All questions, concerns, and disputes relating to customer eligibility, transaction validation, reward fulfillment, redemption, and implementation of the promotion shall be resolved by Phoenix LPG Philippines, Inc. with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
