To apply as an accredited Phoenix supplier, follow the detailed procedure below.
2 Download and fill out the Vendor Accreditation Form (for Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. | Phoenix LPG Philippines, Inc. | Phoenix Asphalt Philippines, Inc.).
3 Email the Vendor Accreditation Form along with the requirements listed in Section 1 of the Vendor Accreditation Form to supplier.accreditation@phoenixfuels.ph.
4 After the Procurement Team reviews your application, our Purchasing Group will schedule a visit to your company, if necessary.
5 If you pass the accreditation, you will be given a Certificate of Accreditation valid for one year, and will be informed of the requirements. Accreditation may be renewed every year. Phoenix does not charge for accreditation and renewal.
