Office-Based Account Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any course (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or other Business-related fields)
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience in back-office or clerical support is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, and Google Workspace applications
  • Highly coachable, adaptable, and able to prioritize across multiple tasks
  • Can work well under pressure

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential customers through research and networking

  • Initiate contact with leads via phone calls, emails, and social media

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure consistent client satisfaction

Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations

  • Conduct product presentations and demos for potential clients

  • Highlight key product/service features and benefits

Sales Process Management

  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Negotiation & Closing

  • Negotiate the terms and conditions of sales agreements

  • Close deals effectively and professionally

Account Management

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans in line with customer agreements

  • Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts

  • Customize solutions to meet client needs

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets

  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients

Customer Support

  • Provide after-sales support and handle client inquiries

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

Sales Support Tasks

  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and materials

  • Manage schedules, customer databases, and incoming inquiries

  • Process orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order release

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and market trends

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and CRMU teams to support seamless transactions

  • Work closely with other departments to enhance customer experience
