Key Account Specialist

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Sales, Marketing, or Business-related course preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Corporate Sales, or Retail Sales
  • Highly independent and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Familiar with customer marketing databases
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes (Order-to-Cash)
  • Assertive with strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure continuous ordering from existing accounts
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor activities
  • Drive proposal seeding and ensure proper follow-through of submitted proposals (targets set by KAM, approved by RSM and National Sales Head)
  • Develop and progress leads via SPANCOP to align activities with sales targets
  • Identify and develop new key channels and non-traditional customers to grow business opportunities
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with customers to secure repeat business
  • Manage Order-to-Cash (OtC) processes of distributors, accounts, and retailers
