Plant Maintenance Manager

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Must be a licensed engineer (PRC)
- At least 6–10 years of experience in LPG, gas, oil & energy, or industrial manufacturing, with at least 4 years in a managerial maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, reliability engineering, and regulatory compliance
- Certified HSE auditor and experienced in maintenance program implementation
- Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure continuous plant operations through effective equipment maintenance, prioritizing safety and cost-efficiency in all activities
- Oversee maintenance support and services, ensuring full compliance with HSSE, DENR, and DOLE regulations
- Supervise maintenance operations across all plants, ensuring facility upkeep aligns with industry best practices for LPG operations
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and failure investigations to prevent the recurrence of equipment failures and disruptions
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards through strict adherence to reporting and inspection schedules
- Prepare and submit timely maintenance reports, audits, and documentation in support of company and regulatory requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of maintenance activities according to schedule while maintaining a zero-accident safety record
- Develop a comprehensive asset management system to monitor equipment lifecycle, schedule replacements, and maintain asset integrity
- Maintain an accurate and updated asset register, ensuring all maintenance activities are properly documented
- Track and report maintenance performance metrics such as equipment availability, downtime, and cost performance per plant
- Plan and implement energy consumption reduction programs to lower operating costs
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to align maintenance with production requirements
- Manage the maintenance budget, implementing cost-control measures and ensuring timely procurement of spare parts
- Strengthen technical capabilities of the maintenance team through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Lead planning and execution of turnarounds, major equipment overhauls, and tank requalification
- Ensure the availability and calibration of critical tools and instruments for maintenance and compliance
- Evaluate and accredit third-party repair facilities; manage contractor performance, safety, and compliance
- Implement digital tools and systems for maintenance scheduling, reporting, and KPI tracking
- Serve as technical advisor and lead emergency response for both on-site and off-site incidents, including road transport emergencies, ensuring compliance with ERP protocols
