Engineering Assistant

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Experience in administrative work, including reporting, liquidations, and billing processing, is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Processing, overseeing, and monitoring engineering-related office work, billings, and documentation
- Liaising with all levels of management to proactively address changing priorities and inquiries
- Managing the AVP’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and screening calls, mail, and visitors
- Coordinating regular meetings for the Engineering Business Unit
- Requesting, gathering, and summarizing information from managers and departmental staff
- Preparing presentation materials for senior and executive management reporting
- Maintaining accurate tracking of document approvals, billings, and related records
- Handling general office administration tasks such as travel coordination, service requests, time entries, data management, and filing
