Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any related field
  • Background in loyalty program initiatives is required
  • Proven experience in merchant acquisition, onboarding, and lifecycle management
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills; able to engage and negotiate with a wide range of partners
  • Familiarity with marketing campaigns, platform merchandising, and promotions is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, with strong operational discipline and compliance awareness
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to identify trends, gaps, and performance risks
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
  • Flexible and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing key deliverables
  • A team player who can also work independently

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end merchant acquisition, onboarding, and engagement process for the LIMITLESS platform
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective merchant lifecycle management, including training, compliance, and performance evaluation
  • Manage and nurture relationships with merchants to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align merchant programs with overall platform and business objectives
  • Support marketing campaigns, platform merchandising, and promotional activities to drive merchant visibility and engagement
  • Monitor merchant performance metrics and generate regular reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and risk management guidelines
  • Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to resolve merchant-related concerns and optimize processes
  • Maintain the integrity of merchant data, pricing, and inventory across the platform
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in merchant management and engagement processes
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to broader business initiatives as needed
