Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant and/or Certified Internal Auditor
- With at least 3 years of experience in internal audit
- Has good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace applications and preferably CAATTS
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed audit programs to assess internal risks and controls, which shall be tailored to each audit engagement to ensure that no specific tests or activities necessary for the audit are overlooked
- Assist in the risk assessment evaluation of major business processes to identify priority areas for examination or review
- Lead the conduct of audit engagements, particularly providing supervision to internal auditors in the activities intended to complete the approved annual internal audit plan
- Present audit results and corresponding recommendations to audit clients and obtain comments, action plans, and timeline for implementation of agreed recommendations
- Prepare the final audit report indicating the background of the activity; audit objectives and scope; audit limitations, if any; risks identified and corresponding mitigating or corrective actions; detailed findings with corresponding recommendations/suggestions for improvement; and audit client comments, action plans, and timeline of implementation
