Retail Territory Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Management or Marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good working knowledge of English
• Results-driven, adaptable to change, and capable of motivating others
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google Workspace applications
• Valid driver’s license and driving skills required
• Experience in sales, retail, or territory management is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level roles

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all operational and business activities within the assigned territory to drive growth in volume, value, reputation, and brand equity
• Lead, coach, and motivate Retailers to consistently deliver Phoenix’s Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and achieve Sales & Operations targets
• Develop, implement, and monitor Territory and Retailer Business Plans to ensure sustained site performance, profitability, and compliance with company standards
• Conduct site visits to ensure operational excellence, HSSE compliance, merchandising, pricing, and customer service standards are consistently met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Retailers, supporting them with performance management, business counseling, and succession planning
• Collaborate with internal teams (Excellence, Marketing, Network, Finance, and others) to execute cross-retail initiatives, marketing programs, and growth opportunities across fuels, LPG, lubricants, and convenience retailing
• Monitor competitor activities, identify risks and opportunities, and propose countermeasures to maintain a competitive advantage
• Review Retailers’ P&L statements and guide them in developing action plans to improve financial performance
• Ensure sites maintain adequate stock levels by planning ahead for cyclical trends and demand surges
• Promote and uphold HSSE culture, ensuring all standards, policies, and compliance requirements are met
