Job Requirements:
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree; a technical-related course is preferred
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
- At least 2 years of related work experience
Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely and thorough completion of the “Daily Checklist for Start-up Operation”
- Report any abnormalities observed during inspections to the Plant Supervisor for immediate rectification by operations or maintenance personnel. Prepare work orders for necessary repairs
- Ensure the safe loading and unloading operations in the Loading Bay by strictly following standard operating procedures and observing all safety measures. Ensure bulk lorries are filled to only 85% of their rated capacity. Confirm that firefighting equipment is readily available and accessible
- Perform delivery planning and scheduling to ensure efficient and cost-effective distribution of bulk and packed products, guaranteeing availability for industrial and commercial customers as well as autogas stations to avoid stockouts
- Monitor lorry deliveries and ensure bulk gain/loss remains within tolerable limits. Report any losses exceeding allowable limits to the Supervisor immediately. Prepare sales invoices for all confirmed deliveries and forward them to the Sales Team for documentation and payment collection. Record all deliveries using the On Time and In Full (OTIF) monitoring form
- Assist the Invoicing Clerk during peak periods and act as a reliever for the General Clerk and Lead Filler when they are unavailable
- Conduct daily and quarterly inspections of bulk lorries and packed trucks to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with government regulatory requirements, including conveyance permits, vehicle registrations, drivers’ licenses, licenses to operate, and other relevant documents
- Maintain housekeeping within the Loading Bay area and its vicinity, ensuring all safety hazards and unsafe conditions are promptly addressed
- Serve as the Team Leader for the Personnel Movement Team (or as designated by the Plant Supervisor) during emergencies or when the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) is activated. Actively participate in monthly fire drills and help develop firefighting skills
