Road Transport Accreditation, Compliance (HSE), and Billing Analyst

Job Requirements:
- Graduate of any four-year course; a business-related degree is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Ensures accurate documentation of all Road Transport Hauler accreditation requirements and Philippine regulatory permits based on DTI–Philippine National Standards, per driver and per LPG truck (all LPG truck types)
- Manages the live monitoring file for all accreditation and permit requirements, including tracking of existing contracts, NOAs, and POs
- Reviews invoices submitted by haulers, ensuring accuracy in hauling rates, quantity, trip dates, and completeness of required attachments; processes validated invoices
- Coordinates with haulers for timely reconciliation of incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete billings
- Prepares payment requests for RT haulers and contractors, secures necessary approvals from BU Heads and authorized signatories, and monitors RCPs to ensure timely payments.
- Monitors available amounts under all RT-related purchase orders and prompts the RT Planner to generate new POs when needed to avoid disruptions
- Gathers, consolidates, and submits road transport accruals to PLPI Finance on time
- Collects, consolidates, and submits daily, weekly, or monthly compliance reports from RT haulers and contractors to the PLPI HSSE team
- Compiles and analyzes monthly general ledger (G/L) data per truck and per hauler
- Acts as a backup to the RT Planner for LPG distribution to customers
