JV Finance Business Partner

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (CPA or Master’s degree is an advantage)
• At least 1 year of experience in audit and financial controls
• Preferably with experience in a joint venture set-up
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to translate financial analysis into business opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on business value and impact
• Skilled in applying Continuous Improvement practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Strong networking and stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate with subject matter experts and decision-makers across the business to resolve issues

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, explain, and present the financial performance and plans of the business, including P&L, budget variance, OPEX, cost management, cost-benefit, and customer profitability
• Provide business leaders with solid data analysis, actionable insights, advice, and recommendations to support decision-making
• Ensure Finance contributes to maximizing revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency
• Oversee bookkeeping and ensure timely submission of schedules, financial statements, and other reports
• Manage financial forecasting, including analysis of key business drivers and communication of risks and opportunities
• Review and evaluate transactions for compliance with company policies and regulations
• Conduct testing of controls to assess effectiveness, and recommend improvements in procedures
• Identify and communicate control gaps to ensure timely remedial actions
