Key Account Specialist

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Sales, Marketing, or Business-related course preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Corporate Sales, or Retail Sales
- Highly independent and able to work with minimal supervision
- Familiar with customer marketing databases
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes (Order-to-Cash)
- Assertive with strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Ensure continuous ordering from existing accounts
- Provide market intelligence on competitor activities
- Drive proposal seeding and ensure proper follow-through of submitted proposals (targets set by KAM, approved by RSM and National Sales Head)
- Develop and progress leads via SPANCOP to align activities with sales targets
- Identify and develop new key channels and non-traditional customers to grow business opportunities
- Maintain strong professional relationships with customers to secure repeat business
- Manage Order-to-Cash (OtC) processes of distributors, accounts, and retailers
