Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course, preferably in Engineering or Commerce
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
  • Results-oriented, hardworking, and dedicated
  • Able to adapt and prioritize multiple tasks in unexpected situations
  • Highly coachable and open to feedback
  • Effective under pressure and capable of meeting deadlines
  • Holds a valid driver’s license and is skilled in driving

Responsibilities:

  • Execute SPANCOP (Suspect, Prospect, Approach, Negotiate, Close, Order, Pay) to acquire new accounts
  • Conduct market intelligence and surveys to identify opportunities and maintain competitiveness
  • Endorse negotiated accounts to the Area Sales Manager for management approval.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for cost estimates and the installation of LPG manifold systems
  • Maintain strong relationships with newly acquired and existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and address concerns
  • Provide timely feedback on competitors’ activities and market insights to the Sales Visayas Team
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales and performance reports
  • Deliver engaging presentations on products and services to clients and stakeholders
  • Assist customers in applying for a License to Operate with the Department of Energy
  • Distribute Statements of Account (SOA) and ensure timely collection of payments
  • Perform tasks necessary for the company’s growth and other assignments as required by management
