Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering; being a Licensed Engineer is an advantage.
- Extensive knowledge and skills in MS Office and Google Suite applications.
- At least 3 years of related experience
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall cylinder and canister refilling operations, ensuring cylinders are well-maintained, accurately filled, leak-free, and properly sealed. Maintain the set buffer to ensure the availability of filled cylinders.
- Strictly follow PLPI Standard Operating Procedures and ensure all operational and safety devices are in good working condition. Report abnormalities in the Filling Hall to maintenance personnel by filing Work Orders.
- Physically inspect and count all cylinders and accessories entering and leaving the plant, including receipts and deliveries of valves, cap seals, etc., and verify against accompanying documents such as RCAR/STO and DR/SI.
- Maintain the stock ledger and reconcile it daily with the Stock Clerk and system records. Conduct daily closing inventory of cylinders and accessories, ensuring proper turnover to security personnel. Encode daily production reports into SAP promptly.
- Conduct toolbox meetings at the start of operations to discuss production output, safety, and quality concerns. Assign roles and responsibilities to personnel based on their skills and capabilities.
- Complete operational forms, monitoring checklists, and production records to ensure all receipts and issuances are properly documented.
- Perform quarterly inspections of packed trucks to ensure safe loading conditions and compliance with government regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper use of cap seals and maintain housekeeping standards within the Filling Hall area. Address safety hazards and eliminate unsafe conditions.
- Serve as Loading Master during tanker receiving, supervising cargo discharge activities. Ensure necessary permits are available prior to vessel discharge and that all documentation is completed before and after cargo receiving. Verify sufficient ullage, working isolation valves, and ERP equipment, such as firefighting tools, before commencing vessel discharge. Coordinate with Supply, agents, surveyors, and government regulatory agencies.
- Lead the Firefighting Team during emergencies or when the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) is activated. Actively participate in monthly fire drills, ensuring all team members develop proper firefighting skills. Define roles and responsibilities for each team member during emergencies.
