National Key Accounts Manager – Industrial

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or other Business-related courses)
  • 5-10 years of experience in Account Management or Corporate Sales within a comparable industry
  • Strong background in route-to-market strategies
  • Strong financial and sales acumen
  • Deep understanding of the order-to-cash, supply, and distribution chain
  • Strategic, analytical, and highly independent
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales pipeline growth in the industrial segment nationwide through SPANCOP
  • Manage end-to-end account processes (SPANCOP, account setup, order-taking, fulfillment, AR, EWT collection)
  • Ensure attainment of KPIs, including volume, DSO, EBITDA, OPEX savings, and margin targets
  • Address administrative and compliance requirements of assigned key accounts
  • Identify and develop new channels and non-traditional customers to expand business opportunities
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strengthen market share
  • Manage pricing and customer accounts to maintain competitiveness
  • Closely monitor Trade Accounts Receivable (TAR) and ensure timely collection
