Job Requirements:
- Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge in medical care, health, and hygiene principles
- Effective in conducting trainings and orientations
- Experience in the oil industry is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee medical records and related documentation
- Prepare purchase requests for medicines to ensure the availability of medical supplies
- Administer first-aid treatment and medications to employees as needed
- Review examination results and coordinate with HMO physicians for further management
- Monitor and follow through on physicians’ recommendations until the illness is resolved
- Collaborate with the Safety and Health Team in planning and implementing health programs
- Lead medical personnel during company activities
- Maintain and report data on work-related accidents and illnesses
- Promote health and safety awareness among employees
- Conduct health-related trainings and orientations
- Carry out Health Risk Assessments (HRA) at various operational sites
- Lead ergonomic assessments and support program implementation
- Prepare and submit required reports to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)
- Serve as the lead for implementing health and safety programs across the organization
