Operational Excellence Lead for Sales & Operations/Marketing Specialist

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- More than 5 years of experience in process improvement, project management, operations, and/or customer service
- Experience in SAP, process mapping, analysis, and improvement
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Customer-service and solution-oriented mindset
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
Responsibilities:
- Enhance LPG network effectiveness by implementing BEST site policies, procedures, and Phoenix LPG principles.
- Analyze PLPI performance and gather consumer insights to drive strategic improvements.
- Develop and refine excellence methodologies, frameworks, and tools to align with business strategies.
- Review and analyze LPG success metrics and KPIs regularly.
- Ensure Phoenix Super LPG brand standards and core offers are consistently represented across all segments and communications.
- Work closely with key business functions to ensure successful project execution across different teams.
- Leverage expertise from cross-functional teams to enhance business performance.
- Monitor LPG industry trends and evolving customer expectations to keep Phoenix Super LPG competitive.
- Support and facilitate PLPI events in coordination with sales and marketing teams (e.g., Dealer Dialogue).
- Lead marketing initiatives from conceptualization to execution, ensuring reach, growth, and profitability.
- Oversee visual merchandising, sales promotions, advertising, and campaign asset execution.
- Ensure campaigns are effectively implemented in coordination with relevant teams.
- Support Phoenix initiatives requiring alignment between PLPI and PPPI.
