Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • More than 5 years of experience in process improvement, project management, operations, and/or customer service
  • Experience in SAP, process mapping, analysis, and improvement
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Customer-service and solution-oriented mindset
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance LPG network effectiveness by implementing BEST site policies, procedures, and Phoenix LPG principles.
  • Analyze PLPI performance and gather consumer insights to drive strategic improvements.
  • Develop and refine excellence methodologies, frameworks, and tools to align with business strategies.
  • Review and analyze LPG success metrics and KPIs regularly.
  • Ensure Phoenix Super LPG brand standards and core offers are consistently represented across all segments and communications.
  • Work closely with key business functions to ensure successful project execution across different teams.
  • Leverage expertise from cross-functional teams to enhance business performance.
  • Monitor LPG industry trends and evolving customer expectations to keep Phoenix Super LPG competitive.
  • Support and facilitate PLPI events in coordination with sales and marketing teams (e.g., Dealer Dialogue).
  • Lead marketing initiatives from conceptualization to execution, ensuring reach, growth, and profitability.
  • Oversee visual merchandising, sales promotions, advertising, and campaign asset execution.
  • Ensure campaigns are effectively implemented in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Support Phoenix initiatives requiring alignment between PLPI and PPPI.
