OE Lead for LPG Sales and Operations/Marketing Specialist

Job Requirements:
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree
- Deep understanding of processes from a functional perspective
- At least five years of experience in process improvement, project management, operations, and/or customer service
- Experience in SAP
- Strong skills in process mapping, analysis, improvement, and document writing
- Excellent communication skills—ability to organize thoughts and communicate clearly
- Customer-service oriented, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Collaborative and able to work with diverse teams
- Innovative—creates or seeks out ideas and fresh perspectives
- Highly organized—able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong change management skills—empathy and effective communication
- Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office applications
Responsibilities:
- Enhance the effectiveness of LPG network segments (B2B, B2C, Canisters) by ensuring the delivery of customer offers and the implementation of BEST site policies, operating standards, and Phoenix LPG principles and processes
- Continuously analyze PLPI’s performance and gather insights on the external environment through the Consumer Experience Team
- Develop, own, and foster LPG excellence methodologies, frameworks, processes, and tools, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and business strategies/objectives
- Regularly review and analyze LPG success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure the Phoenix SUPER LPG brand standards, guidelines, and core offers are consistently represented across all segments and communication channels
- Collaborate with relevant LPG business functions when developing proposals or implementing initiatives that cross-functional boundaries, ensuring alignment and buy-in
- Leverage cross-functional expertise to identify opportunities for business performance improvement
- Analyze LPG trends and evolving customer expectations, applying insights to keep Phoenix SUPER LPG competitive and profitable
- Play a key role in organizing and facilitating PLPI events in coordination with sales and marketing teams (e.g., Dealer Dialogue)
- Lead marketing initiatives from conceptualization to execution, ensuring effective reach, growth, and profitability
- Monitor and implement visual merchandising, sales promotions, advertising, and asset management
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns
- Support any Phoenix initiatives requiring alignment between PLPI and PPPI or vice versa
