Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of any four-year course; degree in a business-related course is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace applications
  • At least two (2) years of related experience

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper and accurate documentation of all transactions and product movements using prescribed forms (RR, DR, DM, SI, STO, RCAR, and other authorized documents). Ensure all transactions are accurately encoded in SAP.
  • Prepare and submit required production and stock movement reports in a timely manner. Maintain proper stock control of LPG products, accessories, and other company assets. Conduct daily reconciliation between physical inventory and book records, and participate in the monthly physical inventory count with the Lead Filler.
  • Update operational forms, reports, and shared files on time. Report any data abnormalities to the immediate supervisor for prompt action.
  • Prepare payment requests for billings of local suppliers and service providers and secure necessary approvals from BU Heads and company officers. Monitor RCPs to ensure timely payments.
  • Monitor and check Daily Time Records (DTR) of plant employees, prepare summaries of overtime (OT) permits, and facilitate approval of corresponding OT allowances. Review billings of manpower service contractors to ensure accuracy.
  • Encode Time-In/Gate-Out (TIGO) of dealer trucks in a timely manner and ensure compliance with the agreed residence time. Report TIGO hours beyond standard to the VISMIN Plant Operations Manager.
  • Act as a member of the Medical/Rescue Team (or as designated by the Plant Supervisor) during emergencies or ERP activation. Actively participate in Emergency Response Trainings to maintain readiness.
