Plant Representative

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of 4- or 5-year Business or Engineering course
• At least 2 years’ experience in plant operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace applications
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the country
• Willing to work beyond regular hours when required

Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with Plant Operating Procedures (POPs) with annual review and updates
• Implement Goal Zero initiatives (zero LTI, TRC, security incidents, MTC, BCI)
• Oversee safe and efficient receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of LPG
• Monitor LPG stock levels in coordination with relevant teams
• Conduct emergency drills and participate in HSSE meetings
• Ensure strict compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements
• Maintain and update all HSSE documentation
• Lead incident reporting and analysis
• Conduct safety briefings and contractor orientations
• Perform gas and oxygen level testing when required
• Ensure inspection, calibration, and preventive maintenance of safety facilities
• Supervise site improvements and contractor performance
• Ensure proper documentation of sales and stock transactions
• Review bulk product inventory in SAP
• Validate end-of-day reports
• Ensure IT systems are operational
• Safeguard sensitive information
• Ensure quality assurance of released LPG SKUs per PNS standards
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Monitor plant OPEX and maintenance costs
• Submit weekly and monthly KPI reports
• Report incidents within 24 hours
