Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- At least eight (8) years of experience in LPG operations or a related industry
- Strong background in plant operations, cost management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement
- Experience with ERP systems and CAPEX planning is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, technical, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall plant operations, including refilling, decanting, inventory, loading/unloading, and bulk operations, while ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective performance
- Execute production plans and ensure plant output meets operational targets and customer demand requirements
- Monitor and improve plant productivity, equipment utilization, and operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage plant operating costs and review operational expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets
- Ensure product quality, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and compliance with company standards
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, permits, licenses, and HSE policies
- Lead, develop, and manage plant personnel to achieve performance, productivity, and safety objectives
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of operational, inventory, production, and compliance reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement programs
- Monitor the availability of operational materials and supplies to support uninterrupted plant operations
- Serve as the plant’s Operational Excellence and HSE Champion, ensuring compliance with safety programs, emergency preparedness, and environmental regulations
- Act as On-Scene Commander (OSC) during emergencies and as Pollution Control Officer (PCO) in compliance with applicable environmental requirements

Plant Representative

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a graduate of any four-year technical course
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper and accurate documentation of all transactions and product movements using prescribed forms (e.g., RR, DR, DM, SI, STO, RCAR) and ensure all are accurately encoded in SAP.
- Perform daily inventory reconciliation between physical stock and SAP records; report and resolve variances immediately.
- Monitor and control stock of LPG products, accessories, and other company assets. Maintain and update monitoring files to ensure adequate supply and avoid overstocking.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor product gains/losses. Coordinate with Supply for discrepancies beyond allowable tolerance. Coordinate with other PLPI depots for delivery schedules to avoid stockouts.
- Plan and schedule deliveries efficiently and cost-effectively for bulk and packed products to industrial and commercial customers, as well as autogas stations.
- Timely encode Time-In/Gate-Out (TIGO) of dealer trucks; ensure this is within the agreed residence time and report delays to the VISMIN Plant Operations Manager.
- Monitor operating budget and implement cost-saving measures. Coordinate with the Metal Group for cylinder orders and augmentation. Work with cylinder repairers for timely maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with BIR requirements, including accurate reporting of Authority to Release Imported Goods (ATRIG), Withdrawal Certificates (WCs), and monthly submission of Official Registry Books (ORB).
- Secure all necessary permits and licenses from relevant regulatory agencies to support uninterrupted operations.
- Prepare and submit reconciled stock movement reports against SAP; highlight and correct any variances found
