Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply and operations, fleet management, logistics planning, or road transport in the oil industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of LPG laws, road transport PNS, and relevant Philippine trucking regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, SAP, and enterprise asset management systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Able to work independently and adapt to operational challenges

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Logistics–RT Operations Excellence Roadmap, focusing on HSE compliance, service excellence, and cost efficiency
  • Train newly hired drivers and helpers on LPG product knowledge prior to deployment
  • Develop and improve operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce cost
  • Collaborate with Sales, Plants, HSE, and Haulers/JV partners to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide analytical support to the site Operations Teams to improve daily performance
  • Ensure on-time deliveries and prevent customer run-outs
  • Manage logistics-related accounts payable, including coordination with third-party haulers and JV partners
  • Conduct reconciliation of product and cylinder asset variances
  • Monitor fleet performance and budget utilization
  • Support business continuity and supply chain risk mitigation efforts
  • Conduct monthly spot-checking of deliveries (primarily VISMIN)
  • Champion HSE policies, COCD compliance, and operational discipline
