Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of accumulated experience in supply & operations, fleet or logistics planning, or road transport scheduling in the oil industry
- Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of LPG laws, Philippine National Standards for road transport, and relevant Philippine regulations
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, SAP, and web-based enterprise asset management systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead improvement initiatives and build strong networks across logistics-related government and private sectors
Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence & Compliance
-
Develop and implement a Logistics–RT Operations Excellence Roadmap focusing on:
• HSE Compliance
• Service Excellence (Contractor, Driver, and Vehicle Management; JMP)
• Cost Excellence (Fleet Contract Management, Budgeting, Financial Monitoring) -
Train newly hired drivers and helpers on LPG product knowledge before deployment.

Design and roll out operational systems and standards to ensure efficient processes at minimal cost, while reviewing and improving current business workflows.

Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations, working cross-functionally with sales, plants, HSE, and haulers.

Deliver training on Operational Excellence tools to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Provide analytical support to enhance daily logistics operations.
Delivery & Coordination

Ensure timely and complete deliveries across the supply chain, preventing delays or customer run-outs.

Collaborate with nationwide third-party and JV haulers for monthly billing and ensure timely processing and remittance.

Reconcile product and cylinder asset gains/losses with haulers and plant operations.

Review monthly fleet balances against customer delivery populations.
Administrative & Strategic Tasks

Handle accounts payable processes for logistics transactions.

Initiate cost-saving measures and manage operating budgets efficiently.

Act as Officer-in-Charge in the absence of the RT Manager.

Champion and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, Codes of Conduct, and Discipline.

Stay updated with industry best practices, technologies, and innovations.

Conduct monthly spot checks of nationwide deliveries, especially in VisMin.
