Technical Service Assistant

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of any 4-year course related to Engineering, particularly Electrical or Mechanical
• Knowledgeable in electric motor controls
• Holds a valid driver’s license with restriction codes A, A1, B, B1, or B2
• SAP literacy is an advantage
• Basic knowledge in AutoCAD 2D drafting

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular preventive maintenance for all assigned accounts or upon request
• Respond to customer concerns promptly
• Troubleshoot and repair all LPG facilities in case of failure
• Ensure efficient operating conditions of all equipment, minimize costs, and maintain spare parts availability to reduce downtime
• Assist supervisors in providing cost estimates and layouts for new accounts and maintenance projects
• Monitor projects assigned by the supervisor
• Provide technical assistance to Dealers
• Submit monthly reports
• Comply with company policies and code of discipline
• Adhere to HSSE policy
