Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business-related course preferred)
  • 5–10 years of experience in Sales Management, B2B/B2C Sales, or Petroleum industry
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
  • Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash and supply chain processes
  • Strong analytical and closing skills
  • Financial and sales economics proficiency

Responsibilities:

  • Drive SPANCOP execution across the region
  • Set sales goals aligned with company-wide targets
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies
  • Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of the sales team
  • Expand pipeline through networking and industry engagement
  • Oversee pre- to post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage regional CAPEX and OPEX budgets
  • Analyze trends and implement strategy adjustments as needed
