Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business-related course preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales Management, B2B/B2C Sales, or Petroleum industry
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash and supply chain processes
- Strong analytical and closing skills
- Financial and sales economics proficiency
Responsibilities:
- Drive SPANCOP execution across the region
- Set sales goals aligned with company-wide targets
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of the sales team
- Expand pipeline through networking and industry engagement
- Oversee pre- to post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage regional CAPEX and OPEX budgets
- Analyze trends and implement strategy adjustments as needed
