PNX Petroleum Singapore’s LPG offtake investment in Brunei yields first shipment — Hengyi Industries International Pte. The vessel set sail for the Philippines and recently reached Phoenix Petroleum’s LPG terminals in Iligan and Cebu. This milestone comes after an offtake agreement was signed between PNX Petroleum Singapore Pte. Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Inc., and Singapore-based Hengyi Industries International Pte. Ltd. in September 2019.
