Watch Phoenix Fuel Masters in action with the PBA 2016-17 Philippine Cup Promo
Gas up at any participating Phoenix Petroleum retail station in Metro Manila and get a chance to win two (2) Patron A tickets to all Phoenix Fuel Masters’ games during the elimination round of the PBA 2016-17 Philippine Cup in Metro Manila.
Promo Mechanics:
1. Customer is entitled to one (1) raffle coupon for every Php 500 worth of single or accumulated fuel or lubes purchase at any participating Phoenix retail station in Metro Manila.
2. Customer/s must present their receipt in order to claim their raffle coupon.
3. Receipts can only be used once and will be stamped to identify that they have claimed the raffle coupon.
4. Damaged receipts will no longer be accepted. Likewise, lost receipts will not be replaced.
5. Customer shall fill-up the raffle coupon with Name, Address, Age, Contact # and affix signature and drop in drop boxes located at Phoenix stations near you.
6. Deadline of submission of entries is on November 11, 2016.
7. A participant can only win once in the grand draw on November 15, 2016.
8. There will be a total of 20 winners who will each receive one (1) voucher that will allow them to claim two (2) Patron A tickets to all Phoenix Fuel Masters’ games during the elimination round of the PBA 2016-17 Philippine Cup in Metro Manila. The voucher must be presented at the ticketing booth of these games’ respective venues to claim the two (2) Patron A tickets prior to each and every game.
9. Only games held at either the SM Mall of Asia Arena of Pasay and Araneta Coliseum of Quezon City are included in this promotion. Provincial or out-of-town games are not included.
10.The prizes are not convertible into cash but may be transferrable.
11. Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. will shoulder the 20% withholding tax for the prizes exceeding P10,000.00.
12. Winners will be notified through registered mail for instructions as to how they can claim their prizes. Winners must present their raffle coupons, two (2) original valid IDs (Driver’s license, SSS ID, Passport, or any other government-issued IDs) and their registered notice.
13. In case winner/s lose their claim stub, the winners must present their official notification from Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. along with one (1) affidavit of loss and two (2) original valid IDs (Driver’s license, SSS ID, Passport, or any other government-issued IDs). Prizes will be claimed at the Phoenix Petroleum office located at the 25F Fort Legend Towers, 31st corner 3rd Avenue Street, Fort Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
14. The vouchers should be redeemed within 60 days after the end of the promo period or it shall be forfeited in favor of Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc with prior DTI approval.
15. Employees of Phoenix Petroleum, its participating stations, its affiliates, distributors, suppliers, advertising and media agencies including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16.Promo runs from October 15 to November 11, 2016.
