Job Requirements:
- Registered Nurse
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Technically proficient in medical practices and knowledgeable in health and hygiene principles
- Strong facilitation skills for training and orientations
- Experience in the oil industry setup is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employees’ medical and related records
- Prepare purchase requisitions for medicines and ensure the availability of medical supplies
- Provide first aid treatment and medication to employees as needed
- Assess employees’ medical examination results and refer cases to the HMO physician for proper management
- Monitor and follow through on physicians’ recommendations until the illness is cleared
- Collaborate with the Safety and Health Team in planning and implementing employee health programs
- Lead medical personnel during company activities
- Maintain records of work-related accidents, illnesses, and exposure data
- Promote health and safety awareness among employees
- Conduct health-related training and orientations
- Perform Health Risk Assessments (HRA) in various operational locations
- Lead ergonomic assessments and program implementation
- Prepare and submit required reports to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)
- Serve as lead for the implementation of various health and safety programs
