Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in property management, leasing, real estate, or a similar role (background in accounting, real estate, or leasing is an advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical, commercial, and computer skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage diverse relationships and challenging situations
  • Willingness to travel when required

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of owned and leased properties, ensuring optimal utilization and maximizing recovery rates
  • Identify, solicit, and negotiate with locator partners to lease available spaces within the property portfolio
  • Oversee operational requirements and rental collection from locator partners
  • Monitor and review monthly lease income and recovery performance for each property
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to acquire new properties or sites in strategic locations to maximize value and returns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Brand, Retail, Training, and Engineering on various initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across different levels, from executives to operational staff
  • Help drive business growth and operational efficiency through customer-focused and data-driven approaches
